Reporting to the Investigations Manager, the Manager - Investigations Operations performs as a specialist in all aspects of aircraft operations, and/or engineering, and/or air traffic control, maintenance, cabin safety and safety management systems, exercising a high degree of independent judgement, and making critical contribution to the AIC’s leadership and management, and the development of safety investigation policies, procedures, and guidance.

Reporting to the Manager Investigation Operations or the Manager Engineering Investigation, Investigator performs as a specialist in all aspects of aircraft flight operations, including assisting in the areas of airports, weather, air traffic services. As an individual, a member of a team, or as a leader of a project, undertake timely investigations, research and analysis into major and complex aviation accidents and incidents, and draft reports and safety recommendations in accordance with the Civil Aviation Act 2000 (as amended), ICAO Annex 13, and the AIC Investigation Policy and Procedures Manual.

Reporting to the ICT & Digital Transformation Officer – the ICT Support Officer is a dynamic position that bridges the gap between technical support and application development. The incumbent will be instrumental in ensuring the organisation’s ICT infrastructure operates seamlessly while participating in creation of applications aligned with the AIC’s objectives.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer – the Executive Assistant is to assist the CEO of AIC in all secretarial services, keeping and monitoring of appointments and meetings, typing and filing of all correspondences, answering phone calls and recording phone messages, taking meeting minutes, and carry out general administrative tasks as delegated by the CEO from time to time.

Reporting to the Human Resources & Administration Officer – the Administration Clerk will be responsible for performing office administrative or clerical duties including, but not limited to personnel records administration, maintain inventory, and replenish of office materials and office supplies and daily administration and monitoring of the AIC switchboard operations.
